Chris Topp established the company in 1982, and led it to become one of the largest and most respected blacksmithing workshops in the UK. Today, Jerome’s vision for Topp & Co. is to encourage the continuous development of our services and products by investing in skills training and enhancing our metalworking facilities.

We are constantly seeking new opportunities and markets for our talents and expertise, ensuring we continue to innovate and diversify our capabilities for new and exciting applications. Our workshop is now fully equipped with the specialist tools needed by one of the leading architectural metalwork companies, and we are fully accredited to EN1090.

We remain leaders in the restoration of heritage ironwork. Our specialist division, The Real Wrought Iron Company, is as far as we are aware, the only supplier of re-rolled genuine wrought iron in the world.
